Your initial consultation with the Peak Movement Medical Doctor is a thorough, dedicated medical assessment designed to accurately evaluate your symptoms, establish a clear diagnosis, and develop a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan from the outset.This is not a rushed GP appointment. You will have adequate dedicated time with our doctor to work through your full medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and health goals — ensuring your care plan reflects your complete clinical picture, not just the presenting complaint.Our doctor practises General Medicine, meaning you have access to comprehensive primary healthcare, chronic disease management, preventative care, and medical assessment all within a single integrated consultation. Where your needs extend beyond primary care, we coordinate referrals and communicate directly with relevant specialists — keeping your care connected and continuous.This consultation is appropriate for a wide range of presentations including general medical concerns, chronic condition management, pain evaluation, acute illness, medication reviews, preventative health screenings, and complete medical assessments for patients seeking a more thorough, holistic approach to their health.












Cancellation Policy
At Peak Movement, we're committed to delivering the highest standard of care across all of our services. Please take note of our general booking policy. 1. Booking & Confirmation Sessions must be booked in advance via the Peak Movement app, website, or front desk. Bookings are confirmed once payment is made or a valid package/membership is active. Initial bookings and select follow-ups must be paid before the session to secure the booking, unless otherwise agreed with your practitioner. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations between 6 and 12 hours before the session: 50% of the fee is charged and must be settled before any new booking. Cancellations within 6 hours, or no-shows: full session fee charged or session forfeited from your package. In genuine emergencies, please contact us directly. 3. Late Arrivals Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed session and charged in full. 4. Payment & Invoicing Sessions are payable upfront. Formal invoices are provided on request, and where applicable for medical aid claims. Reimbursement depends on your provider and plan, and Peak Movement is not responsible for claim outcomes. 5. Session Validity Purchased sessions and packages have a validity period (typically 3–6 months). Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6. Health & Responsibility Please inform your practitioner of any injuries, illnesses, or medical changes before each session. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically cleared for the service being provided. 7. Communication Ongoing communication is key to effective outcomes. Please keep your practitioner updated between sessions for optimal care. 8. Consent & Communications By signing the consent form, you grant Peak Movement permission to add your details to our system and marketing campaigns for future communications, updates, and invitations. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting our front desk.
