Justin Muller
Lead Physiotherapist & Founder of Peak Movement
At Peak Movement, we’re proud to be led by Justin Muller, a highly skilled physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports rehabilitation and performance care. A graduate of the University of Cape Town (UCT), Justin has worked extensively with top-tier teams including False Bay RFC, UCT Rugby Club, and provincial netball squads, bringing valuable experience and insight to every treatment session.
Justin specialises in spinal manipulation and dry needling, offering tailored, evidence-based treatments designed to promote recovery, restore movement, and prevent future injuries. His approach is hands-on and personalised, with each plan built around your unique goals and needs.As a semi-professional rugby player and Half Ironman athlete, Justin knows firsthand the physical challenges athletes face.

Amit Maman
Physiotherapist
At Peak Movement, we’re proud to have Amit Maman on our team—a skilled physiotherapist with a diverse background in sports, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation. Amit’s passion for function-focused care and empowering recovery makes him a valuable part of our holistic health team.
Amit graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and completed his community service year in the West Rand District of Gauteng, where he worked as a dedicated community physiotherapist. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across both public and private sectors, supporting athletes at national school tournaments and other sporting events. He currently serves as a physiotherapist for the University of the Western Cape (UWC) rugby team, bringing his clinical expertise directly to the field.
His approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and guided by patient-centered care. Amit is trained in dry needling, massage, joint mobilization, and various manual techniques designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve performance. His work is driven by a deep understanding of the body and a commitment to helping clients reach their personal goals.
Amit’s wide-ranging experience allows him to view each condition through multiple lenses, tailoring his treatment to suit each individual’s needs. His mission is simple yet powerful: to give clients agency through education, and to guide them toward long-lasting recovery and improved quality of life.

Sergio Russouw
Holistic Massage Therapist
At Peak Movement, we’re proud to have Sergio on our team—a dynamic professional with a deep-rooted passion for sport, wellness, and personal development. With a diverse background spanning coaching, leadership, and hands-on recovery services, Sergio brings energy, experience, and a people-first approach to every interaction.
Sergio is a qualified sports massage therapist and personal trainer, offering tailored recovery and fitness solutions designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance. His work includes supporting athletes at major sporting events, such as the Wynberg Boys’ Water Polo Tournament, where he delivered hands-on treatment and recovery over an intensive two-day period.
Beyond the treatment room, Sergio has coached young athletes, one of whom earned Western Province colours, a nd has led school councils, captained sports teams, and completed the Toastmasters Leadership Programme, honing strong communication and leadership skills. His professionalism spans multiple industries, including wellness and
performance testing, as well as hospitality and brand promotions for major companies such as Coca-Cola, Powerade, Balega, and ON Cloud.
Whether he’s providing massage therapy, designing fitness programs, or representing Peak Movement at high-profile events, Sergio is driven by one goal: helping others unlock their full potential through movement, recovery, and a commitment to holistic health.

Tayla Shipp
Registered Biokineticist
At Peak Movement, we’re excited to welcome Tayla Shipp, our dynamic new Biokineticist who brings a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and performance to the team.
Tayla holds an Honours Degree in Health Science (Biokinetics) from Nelson Mandela University, with a focus on Child Development in Sport and Exercise. She is also a BASI-qualified Pilates instructor, equipping her with a strong foundation in controlled movement and functional training.
Her journey into the world of movement began at a young age, attending a high-performance arts school and representing South Africa internationally in Ballet and Contemporary Dance. This early experience shaped her appreciation for discipline, body awareness, and the powerful connection between mind and body.
Tayla’s training allows her to work confidently with a broad spectrum of individuals, ranging from those managing chronic or metabolic conditions to clients recovering from or aiming to prevent orthopaedic injuries. She also has hands-on experience supporting special populations, including older adults and pre-/post-natal women, ensuring safe, intentional, and empowering exercise.
Her approach is both thoughtful and personalised, with a strong focus on helping each client understand, optimise, and protect their body through every stage of life. Whether you’re in rehabilitation, training for performance, or looking to improve your everyday function, Tayla is committed to helping you build long-term resilience, strength, and confidence.

Cilmarie
Sports Massage Therapist
At Peak Movement, we’re excited to introduce Cilmie, a truly exceptional massage therapist whose passion for healing and holistic care sets her apart. With a wide range of advanced techniques and a nurturing approach, Cilmie helps clients unwind, recover, and restore balance from the inside out.
Cilmie is qualified through SAAHSP and CIDESCO and holds a Diploma in Somatology (Cum Laude) from the prestigious Isa Carstens Academy. She was awarded Student Therapist of the Year, a testament to her skill, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Her training includes hands-on guidance from leading therapists and a biokineticist, ensuring clients
receive expert-level care at every session.
Her treatment repertoire includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Hawaiian massage, each tailored to soothe the body, release tension, and enhance recovery. As a dedicated marathon and half-marathon runner, Cilmie brings a deep understanding of athletic recovery to her practice, making her especially attuned to the needs of active individuals.
Since 2022, her mobile spa, Beau Geste, has brought therapeutic care directly to clients, combining convenience with professional service. Beyond her hands-on healing, Cilmie is also a motivational speaker, inspiring others to embrace wellness in every aspect of life.
