Our doctor practices General Medicine, allowing you to receive thorough primary healthcare, medical assessments, preventative care, and ongoing health management in a single, integrated appointment. You will have dedicated time to discuss your full medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and health goals so that your care plan is tailored specifically to your needs. This consultation is ideal for general medical concerns, chronic conditions, pain management, illness, medication reviews, preventative health screenings, and anyone seeking a complete medical evaluation with a patient-centred, holistic approach to care.
Cancellation Policy
At Peak Movement, we value your time and aim to make every online interaction meaningful and efficient. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of time for both clients and practitioners, please take note of our online meeting booking policy: 1. Booking • All online meetings must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance through our website, app, or booking link. • You will receive a confirmation email with your meeting details and a secure video call link upon successful booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Changes made within 12 hours may be subject to a missed session fee or count as a used session if part of a package. • For emergency cancellations, please contact our support team directly. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • We kindly ask you to join the meeting on time. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the meeting may be marked as a no-show. • Missed meetings without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Technical Requirements • Ensure a stable internet connection, working microphone, and webcam for the best experience. • We recommend using a quiet, private space to minimize distractions during the session. 5. Meeting Conduct • Online meetings are treated with the same professionalism and confidentiality as in-person consultations. • Please arrive prepared with any relevant questions, documents, or discussion topics to make the most of your session. 6. Follow-Ups • Any follow-up materials or notes from the meeting will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours where applicable.
