45 Minute Swedish Massage
REMEDIAL SOFT TISSUE TREATMENT
Service Description
Our Swedish massage at Peak Movement blends classic Swedish techniques with targeted remedial work to deliver a treatment that is as therapeutically effective as it is restorative. This is not a standard relaxation massage — each session is tailored to your body's specific areas of tension, stiffness, and fatigue, ensuring you leave feeling genuinely better rather than temporarily soothed.Your therapist works through the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and fascia using flowing, rhythmic strokes combined with gentle remedial techniques to release tension, improve circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and restore ease of movement. The result is a treatment that addresses the physical cause of your discomfort while providing the nervous system with the reset it needs to fully recover. This treatment is well suited to individuals managing stress-related muscle tension, chronic stiffness, training fatigue, or those simply in need of structured recovery time. It is equally appropriate as a standalone treatment or as part of an ongoing wellness and recovery programme at Peak Movement.

Health & Responsibility Please inform your therapist of any injuries, illnesses, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or medical changes before each session.
