45 Minute Deep Tissue (Sports) Massage
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE THERAPY
Service Description
Every deep tissue massage at Peak Movement begins with a brief clinical assessment to identify areas of tension, overload, or injury — ensuring your session is targeted precisely where your body needs it most, rather than following a generic routine. Our therapists focus on releasing deep muscular tension, improving circulation, restoring mobility, and accelerating recovery from training, injury, or the cumulative strain of long workdays. Using advanced soft-tissue techniques, each session is structured around your specific presentation and goals — whether that is pre-event preparation, post-training recovery, or ongoing management of chronic muscle tension. This treatment is particularly well suited to runners, cyclists, gym athletes, and office workers carrying persistent tension through the neck, shoulders, and lower back. It is equally effective as a standalone treatment or as part of a broader rehabilitation or performance programme within Peak Movement.

Cancellation Policy
At Peak Movement, we’re committed to delivering the highest standard of physiotherapy through professional, personalised care. To ensure smooth operations and mutual respect between clients and practitioners, please take note of our physiotherapy booking policy. 1. Booking & Confirmation All physiotherapy sessions must be booked in advance via the Peak Movement app, website, or front desk. Bookings are confirmed once payment is made or a valid package/membership is active. New clients must complete an initial assessment before starting treatment plans. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will result in the full session fee being charged or the session forfeited from your package. In case of emergencies, contact us directly. 3. Late Arrivals Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend session time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed session and charged in full. 4. No-Show Policy Missing a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 5. Medical Aid & Invoicing Sessions are payable upfront. We provide formal invoices for medical aid claims, but reimbursement depends on your provider and plan. Peak Movement is not responsible for claim outcomes. 6. Session Validity All purchased sessions or treatment packages have a validity period (typically 3–6 months depending on the package). Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Health & Responsibility Please inform your physiotherapist of any injuries, illnesses, or medical changes before each session. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re medically cleared for physiotherapy. 8. Communication Ongoing communication is key to effective recovery. Please keep your physiotherapist updated between sessions for optimal care.
