Service Description

Join us every Saturday at 9am at Peak Movement in Cape Town for our Injury Prevention and Strength Class, designed for runners, triathletes, and endurance athletes preparing for upcoming races. Sessions take place at our 94 Strand Street facility in the Cape Town CBD and are guided by a physiotherapist in a small, supportive group environment. Each week focuses on key areas that support performance and injury prevention through mobility work, activation drills, and controlled strength training. From 9:00 to 10:00 the session focuses on lower back strength and rehabilitation, building spinal stability and core control to support efficient endurance training. From 10:00 to 11:00 the focus shifts to knee and hip strength and rehabilitation, improving mobility, joint stability, and muscular support to help your body handle training loads safely. At the end of each session, you will also receive the guided program to take home so you can continue strengthening and supporting your training throughout the week. Train consistently, build resilience, and arrive at race day stronger.

Cancellation Policy

At Peak Movement, we value your time and aim to make every online interaction meaningful and efficient. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of time for both clients and practitioners, please take note of our online meeting booking policy: 1. Booking • All online meetings must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance through our website, app, or booking link. • You will receive a confirmation email with your meeting details and a secure video call link upon successful booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Changes made within 12 hours may be subject to a missed session fee or count as a used session if part of a package. • For emergency cancellations, please contact our support team directly. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • We kindly ask you to join the meeting on time. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the meeting may be marked as a no-show. • Missed meetings without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Technical Requirements • Ensure a stable internet connection, working microphone, and webcam for the best experience. • We recommend using a quiet, private space to minimize distractions during the session. 5. Meeting Conduct • Online meetings are treated with the same professionalism and confidentiality as in-person consultations. • Please arrive prepared with any relevant questions, documents, or discussion topics to make the most of your session. 6. Follow-Ups • Any follow-up materials or notes from the meeting will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours where applicable.
