Comprehensive Gait Analysis
GAIT ANYLSIS & REPORT
Service Description
Our Professional Run Assessment, conducted by a qualified biokineticist, is designed to help you run safely, efficiently, and without pain. Each assessment includes a detailed report and a post-session consultation where we walk you through your data and help you plan your training going forward. We begin with a comprehensive medical screening and injury assessment to identify any underlying risks or limitations. From there, we use advanced AI-powered gait analysis to assess your running mechanics in detail, capturing movement patterns, identifying biomechanical imbalances, and highlighting potential injury risks before they develop. Based on your results, you will have access to: • A personalised running program aligned with your goals and biomechanics • A structured rehabilitation plan targeting specific problem areas • Targeted treatment sessions to restore optimal movement and performance • A shoe recommendation report based on your running style and foot mechanics Whether you are returning from injury or looking to improve performance, our run assessment provides the insight and professional guidance you need to train with confidence, precision, and long-term durability.
